The Brisbane Arts Collective are a newly formed group of local Brisbane/Logan artists with the common aspiration to create and showcase our artworks.

The Brisbane Arts Collective’s inaugural exhibition “Embracing Diversity” will be my first group exhibition. I will be hand-picking some of my best works to be on show on during the exhibition.

The “Embracing Diversity” exhibition runs from 15-19th March 2023 at the Royal Queensland Art Society Petrie Terrace Gallery, 3/162 Petrie Terrace, Brisbane City QLD 4000, proudly sponsored by Brisbane City Council.

Showcasing the works of 20 local artists, including Stacey Bennett, the theme expresses the sentiment of our time, the need to embrace all people, irrespective of difference. We are all the same, with the same hopes and dreams.

The Art in this show reflects Diversity in all it’s forms, from Figurative to Abstract, this is a smorgasbord of visual stimulation, the genres and subject matter reflecting our differences and our similarities. We all love Art and the creative urge brings us together.

The Opening Night is from 7pm, Wednesday 15th March 2023, till 10pm.
