Return Policy
Please read my returns policy below.
Stacey Bennett Art (the artist) does not offer returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
If you believe your product is faulty or incorrect please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item. The artist reserves the right to ask you for photos before approving any refunds or exchanges. Please provide as much information for assessing your claim.
All products will be assessed on a case by case basis and you will be either offered a refund, partial refund or exchange if your return is approved, except for the special conditions in place for Commissions or Original Art.
Commissions:
A 50% deposit will be required before any work is commenced on your commission piece. This deposit will be non-refundable once work has commenced.
Progress photos will be given to you to review and any changes must be discussed with the artist.
The artist is under no obligation to accept a return for commission artwork, except in the event the artwork reaches the customer damaged. Photos will be required and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
