Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork and creative practice. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are packed, shipped, and delivered, including items fulfilled directly by me and items produced through Printful.
1. Where I Ship From
Orders may be shipped from one of two locations:
A. Stacey Bennett Art Studio (Brisbane, QLD) Original artworks, prints created in‑studio, commissions, and selected products ship directly from me in Brisbane.
B. Printful Fulfilment Centres Some products (such as apparel, tote bags, mugs, or print‑on‑demand items) are produced and shipped by Printful, an international fulfilment partner with locations in Australia, the USA, Europe, and other regions.
The product page will indicate when an item is fulfilled by Printful.
2. Shipping Within Australia
I offer free shipping Australia‑wide on all items.
Studio‑Shipped Items (from Brisbane) Estimated delivery timeframes:

Shipping times may vary depending on product type, stock availability, and courier delays.
3. International Shipping
International shipping is available for most products.

Printful‑Shipped Items Printful offers international shipping directly from their global fulfilment centres. Shipping rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout.
4. Packaging & Handling
Studio‑Shipped Items Your artwork is packed with care using:
- Rigid mailers
- Protective sleeves
- Reinforced tubes
- Bubble wrap or padding
- Custom packaging for original artworks
Printful‑Shipped Items Printful handles packaging according to the product type and their fulfilment standards.
All orders include tracking, regardless of where they are shipped from.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Studio‑Shipped Items Contact me within 30 days of delivery at staceybennettart@gmail.com.
Printful‑Shipped Items Printful requires photos and order details to process replacements. Please email me first — I will lodge the claim with Printful on your behalf.
You may be asked to provide:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Commissions & Original Art
Commissioned artworks and original pieces may require additional handling time or specialised packaging. You will be notified of any extended timeframes before shipping.
These items are always shipped directly from my studio, not Printful.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- I cannot guarantee delivery
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item
- Refunds cannot be issued for parcels lost due to incorrect address information
