These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through Stacey Bennett Art. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About This Website
This website (staceybennettart.com) is operated by Stacey Bennett, a visual artist based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The site includes an online store, portfolio, commission information, and general content related to my creative practice.
2. Products & Descriptions
I take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Sizes and dimensions are approximate
- Original artworks are one‑of‑a‑kind
- Printful‑fulfilled items may differ slightly depending on production methods
If you have questions about a product, please contact me before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
I reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely through third‑party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments.
For commissions:
- A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required before work begins
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery
- Deposits cover materials, time, and booking your place in my schedule
4. Commissions
Commissioned artworks are custom pieces created specifically for you.
By commissioning a piece, you agree to:
- Provide clear reference images or direction
- Review progress photos when provided
- Request changes during the creation process (not after completion)
- Pay the non‑refundable deposit once work begins
Commissions cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged in transit.
5. Order Fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled in two ways:
A. Studio‑Shipped Items (from Brisbane) Original artworks, in‑studio prints, and selected products are packed and shipped directly by me.
B. Printful‑Fulfilled Items Some products (such as apparel, mugs, tote bags, or print‑on‑demand items) are produced and shipped by Printful from their nearest fulfilment centre.
The product page will indicate when an item is fulfilled by Printful.
6. Shipping
Shipping terms are outlined in detail on the Shipping Policy page.

- Free shipping Australia‑wide
- Tracking included on all orders
- International shipping available
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and fulfilment method
- Printful items may ship separately from studio‑shipped items
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to the Refunds & Returns Policy.
In summary:
- No change‑of‑mind returns
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days
- Commissions and original artworks are final sale
- Printful items require photos for replacement claims
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are protected by copyright.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute my artwork
- Use my images for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use my content without written permission
Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use this site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality
- Copy or scrape content without permission
- Misrepresent yourself when contacting or purchasing
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:
- I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- I am not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels due to incorrect addresses, or Printful production delays
- My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
